Rajiv is an Ayurvedic practitioner, educator, a health transformational coach and the founder of Swasthaveda.  Having experienced the benefits of Ayurveda and Yoga in his own life, he is dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey to optimal health and well-being using the wisdom of these ancient sciences.

As a UK qualified Optometrist, NLP practitioner and coach he is well versed in fusing modern sciences with Ayurveda to offer the best health solutions tailored to his client’s needs. He has been trained and mentored by some of the best Ayurvedic experts in India and has been successfully helping clients globally for over 10 years.

Rajiv’s approach is to carry out a comprehensive Ayurvedic consultation, including reading of the pulse, to diagnose imbalances in your body and mind.  Based on his findings he will craft a bespoke protocol for you to follow to restore harmony and vitality from within. This protocol will include dietary adjustments, lifestyle enhancements, mindset shifts, a yoga and exercise routine and herbal supplements if required.
