Saira is a Registered Associate Nutritionist, people lover, and foodie. Her aim is to empower individuals to improve their lifestyles, whilst still enjoying the foods they love. She takes an evidence-based, non-diet approach. Saira specialises in healthy eating and weight management, enabling individuals to develop long-term, sustainable healthy habits.
Saira takes a holistic approach to nutrition, incorporating factors such as sleep, physical activity, stress, thoughts, influences and many others, which shape who you are and what you do.
There is so much conflicting information around health, and many influences in the world which are uncontrollable. Saira is here to take you through a simple, step-by-step journey to becoming healthier, and most importantly, happier, both physically and mentally, whether that’s as an individual or as a family.
Saira graduated from King’s College London in 2021 with a First-Class degree in BSc Health Sciences (Nutrition). Soon after, Saira became registered with the Association for Nutrition as a Registered Associate Nutritionist. Since then, she has worked with many children, families and adults, specialising in healthy eating and weight management, supporting them to have happier and healthier lives. Alongside working, Saira has completed lots of further training including diversity nutrition, behaviour change, motivational interviewing, safeguarding, data protection and GDPR, and has attended many nutrition-based webinars.
